Studio James – Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2025

1. Overview

Studio James (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional photography, retouching, printing, and film/media services. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe on behalf of TAGTM LLC, our registered U.S. business entity. Deposits are required to secure bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session once, subject to availability.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of photography and creative services, refunds are not provided once a session has taken place.
In cases of technical failure or unforeseen issues on our part, a full reshoot or studio credit will be offered.

5. Editing, Printing & Turnaround Times

Final retouched images will be delivered digitally for client review and approval.

Once retouched images have been delivered and approved, standard printing will be completed within seventy-two (72) hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Printing turnaround times may be affected by delays in client approval, changes to print selections, or factors outside our control, including supplier or equipment issues.

Rush Printing

Rush printing options may be available upon request for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
Same-day or 24-hour rush services are not guaranteed and depend on print size, quantity, and production capacity.
Rush fees are non-refundable once printing has commenced.

6. Usage Rights

Clients retain rights to their purchased images for personal use.
Studio James reserves the right to use select images for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
