Studio James – Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2025

1. Overview
Studio James (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional photography and retouching services, as well film and media services. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe on behalf of TAGTM LLC, our registered U.S. business entity. Deposits are required to secure bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future session once, subject to availability.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of photography services, refunds are not provided once a session has taken place.
In cases of technical failure or unforeseen issues on our part, a full reshoot or credit will be offered.

5. Usage Rights
Clients retain rights to their purchased images for personal use.
Studio James reserves the right to use select images for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
